Whether it’s preventative maintenance or responding to a machine breakdown, Repropoint’s Servicing department are always close at hand and ready to respond. With our in-house support team and engineers operating across the south of England, Repropoint can offer peace of mind service support for a wide spectrum of customers. We have had a long exposure to a wide range of analogue and digital products, with dealer support from the manufactures and stock holdings, we are able to offer our customers 12-month minimum support contracts and non contract solutions. Our team are available to work on-site or via a PC support system.

We offer three types of service contracts for a variety of injets as well as non contract servicing. Most maintenance and repairs are completed on customer’s premises but we also have a fully equipped workshop at Woking headquarters for refurbishing machines.

We are able to offer our customers 12 month minimum support contracts with monthly standing click meter charges. In most cases toner and labour is included for all field visits. Our team are only a phone call away.

Repropoint service department engineers have been trained directly by Contex in Denmark and continue to train on the latest products to offer direct support contract to our customers.

With online remote connection to your Onyx server and support from the manufacturer, we can offer direct support contracts for a wide spectrum of customers. Our support team can also offer a ICC profiling service with HP products with a wide range of media.
