Repropoint are a certified company by the Forest Stewardship Council and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forestry Certification. This means that we can now display the respective logos on all communication media. The Forest Stewardship Council and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forestry Certification are international organisations that bring people together to find solutions which promote responsible stewardship of the world’s forests.
But what does that really mean, and more importantly, what should it mean to you? We already know that many of our customers and many of their clients are adopting more ethical and environmentally friendly policies. many companies need to be seen as being more socially aware. For instance, some of our clients are print managers responsible for preserving the integrity of printed material for the world’s top 10 countries. Trademark certification provides international recognition to organisations who support the growth of responsible forest management. Also by displaying the logos we are telling our customers that we can guarantee the authentication of responsible forest management products. We can now supply products which are accompanied with Chain of Custody evidence. Chain of Custody, (CoC) certification is the defined method of tracing a paper product back up through the supply chain to the forests where the fibre originated.
